That’s why we’ve created a platform for industry professionals to get involved and help ensure our students learn directly from top experts.
By connecting seasoned engineers with motivated students, the program encourages knowledge transfer, helps students set career goals, and guides them as they take their first steps into the professional world.
The mentorship program offers professionals a chance to give back to the community while developing their coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
Our one-on-one format also allows you to build a deeper connection with your mentee, providing the comfort and safety needed to have insightful conversations and make meaningful contributions.
"Being a mentor to me means going out of your comfort zone, connecting with the new generation of developers, making new connections outside of your bubble. Sharing information and your experience is very rewarding since what you may think is common knowledge, turns out to be not common at all. It can be extremely useful for someone new to the industry. Being a mentor makes you re-think certain concepts, it helps you to grow. I always think about myself 14 years ago and how much I would benefit from some advice and encouragement."
